Rental Policy
The following are the policies for RacingLimos of Harrisburg. It is your responsibility to read and return a signed copy of these policies prior to your rental.a. Reservations: a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the balance is required to secure a reservation. Vehicles are reserved on a first come first served basis. We WILL NOT hold a vehicle without a deposit and make no guarantees as to vehicle availability without a deposit. Persons attempting to recover retained deposits by claiming the charge is fraudulent should note that we will not hesitate to take legal actions and with the awarding of damages and court costs allowed by the State of Pennsylvania, the total will likely be more than you would have paid for renting the limousine in full. b. Pick-Up Times: RacingLimos of Harrisburg understands that plans change. We will work with you to the best of our ability should your schedule change. Of course, the more notice we are given the better our chances of servicing your request. However, we CAN NOT allow a change on your part to interfere with previously scheduled events. c. Alcoholic Beverages: Any person, less than 21 years of age, shall consume no alcoholic beverage in the limousine. We reserve the right to verify the age of ALL passengers and to remove any alcoholic beverages whether provided by the customer or the company. Any minor caught bringing alcoholic beverages into the limousine will cause the rental to be terminated and complete payment will be immediately due. d. Rental by Minors: No minor under the age of 18 will be allowed to rent without a parental consent. e. Vehicle Damage / Cleaning: The customer is responsible for all damage caused by them during their rental. The company will document the damage and make notification within 24 hours and provide written estimates for repair within 10 business days. All repairs will be at facilities designated by the company. Any person experiencing sickness inside the limosine will be charge a $250.00 cleaning fee immediately . The following standard cost will apply to broken items. Replacement Item Cost TV/DVD Combo $475.00 Seat Covers $1750.00 Air Vent Louvers $25.00 Each Champagne Flutes $10.00 Each Rock Glasses $10.00 Each f. Smoking and Drug Use: No smoking or illegal drug use will be permitted at any time in the vehicle. **Any violation of the rental agreement will cause the rental to be terminated and complete payment will immediately be due |
